📋 Terms of Service

By using NeuralTrader Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuralTrader Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuralTrader Pro is an automated cryptocurrency trading dashboard and bot that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze market data and execute trades on supported exchanges via user-provided API keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. API Keys & Exchange Access

You provide your exchange API keys voluntarily.
All API keys are encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) and stored securely.
We recommend using read-only or IP-restricted API keys where possible.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from compromised API keys not related to our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, models, UI design, and branding of NeuralTrader Pro are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Prohibited Activities

Attempting to access other users' data or accounts.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software.
Using the Service for market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralTrader Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Refund Policy

All payments for NeuralTrader Pro subscriptions or services are final and non-refundable. We provide access to a technological trading tool, not a guaranteed financial outcome. By subscribing, you acknowledge that market conditions fluctuate and past performance does not guarantee future results. No refunds will be issued for trading losses, periods of market inactivity, or model degradation.

14. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We process user data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the "Right to be Forgotten". Upon account deletion, all personal data, including your encrypted API keys and trading history, will be permanently and irreversibly erased from our servers.

1. Data We Collect

Account Information: Username and hashed password (bcrypt).
Exchange API Keys: Encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) — we cannot view your plain-text keys.
Trading Data: Trade history, portfolio data, and bot activity logs.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the trading dashboard and bot services.
To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
To execute trades on your behalf via your exchange API keys.
To improve the Service and fix technical issues.

3. Data Security

🛡️ Security measures include: AES-256 encryption for API keys, bcrypt password hashing, JWT token authentication, HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit, rate limiting, and automatic session expiry.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to your chosen cryptocurrency exchange for trade execution.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data (including encrypted API keys) is permanently removed.

6. Cookies

We use local storage and session tokens (JWT) for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

Request access to your personal data.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
